A Message From Bishop R. L. Goad

Greetings to you in the Name of the Lord,

It is hard to comprehend that 2006 has come and gone and here we are celebrating Christmas. We hope that this Christmas Season finds you blessed of the Lord. We have seen the hand of the Lord divinely move this year in so many areas. We have been successful in completing a challenge that the Lord quickened in our Spirit to build a new simulcast radio station that would be able to send broadcasts to all our tower stations in America and would be able to broadcast worldwide on internet broadband. Our next step will be to do the same thing with television. In September of 2007 I will anniversary 40 years in the ministry. God had Moses on the back side of the desert for 40 years. I am definitely praying that I can be obedient to God so that I won't have to spend the next 40 years in the desert. For the entirety of my life God has spoken to me that I would preach the Gospel all over the world. That we do by broadband. And that we will do by broadband and satellite television. We are starting to accept invitations and setting tours for meetings in numerous nations around the world. We took months during 2006 to get our new passport due to a complication, a mistake that was made in 1947 when my birth certificate was first registered. All that has been worked out and I now have my new passport. I will be looking to our friends and constituents in the raising of funds for many of these overseas tours.

I want to wish to all our ministers of New Life Ministries and our many friends that are associated with us a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year. I believe that 2007 is going to be a vicorious year for the Kingdom of God. The devil may rage on every hand but God is greater. From the foundation of the world God has ordained and called men and women that will not falter nor fail until satan's kingdom is torn down and defeated. As Jesus stated He will rule and reign until every enemy is put under foot. Set your mind and spirit on what must be done in the coming year. Let your forehead be like a flint rock and your back bone like a crowbar. We have had a lot of people say they have come out of the closed with their unGodly sins. I think that it is time that the true Child of God come out of the closet and confess Jesus Christ to be Lord. Remember, on Mt. Carmel the devil, the prophets of the groves, and those that set at Jezebels' table stomped until they tore down the altar. But it took God's man and God's fire to consume the sacrifice. God is still the same God. Turn that fire loose that is shut up in your bones. Cry aloud and spare not. We must lift our voice up like a trumpet for our Lord is returning.
