Aswe-T Pati'a Christian Academy is operated by the non-profit 501 (C)(3) organization, Genesis International, from San Diego California. Their staff in California has dedicated their full life to educating the Indian children and adults that want to further their education on the reservations in Southern California, starting in the Pala Reservation. The school is accredited through New Life Christian Schools and Colleges International Accreditation Association. The curriculum used at the school is UC (Universities of California) accepted. Aswe-t Pati'a works closely with Fallbrook Union High School District for Title I, II, and III programs eligibility, but they are separate in their educational philosophies being that they are a Christian educational program versus a public school state program, issuing their own accredited diplomas. They use the Alpha Omega curriculum, one of the most widely recognized Christian curriculums. Chairman of the Board and Head Volunteer, Dr. Marty L. Glisson, D.Div. PhD. ThD., is also the founder and Chancellor of New Life Bible College and Seminary, which is operated by New Life Ministries located in Hillsville, VA. Staff of the school includes: Superintendent Mrs. Susanne W. Huff, MA, Principal Mr. Steven D. Glisson, M Ed., Teacher Mrs. Diana Driebelvis currently completing her Masters Degree in Education, Juaquin Deuanez, currently working on his Bachelors of Education degree, Cultural Art Teacher Jacque Tahuka-Nunez, School consultant Rev. Lance Huff, BA, and Mrs. Amy Glisson, MA CI, CT. Board members and school sponsors include Pala Tribal Members, Rincon Tribal Members, and Torres Martinez Tribal Members.
