Standards of Eligibility

Eligibility Determination Conditions are as follows:

• The organization needs to be in operation, with teachers, administration and students already in place.

• The organization needs to have already developed and have written down a statement that is very clear of the organizations purpose and plans for the type of curriculum to implement them.

• The organization needs to have a management program that will guide and administrate a quality program.

• To have a person that will be the executive principle or officer that is qualified with credentials for the overseer job.

• The organization needs to have an overall plan for their program to reach their educational goals for their organization and their students. And implementing an instrument of measurement for their progress.

• The organization needs to have a compatible policy with surrounding educational organizations in their area so to make it easy for record transferring.

• The organization needs to have a written and plan and curriculum in place.

• The organization needs to have a staff that is credentialed by NLCSCAA or another accreditation that is accepted by NLCSCAA.

• The organization needs to have a strong financial base and a strong written financial plan for the future in the extension of three years.
