NLCSCIAA Organization                                       
The New Life Christian Schools and Colleges Accreditation Association (NLCSCIAA) is a private accrediting association in the United States of America. This accreditation commission provides assistance to schools located in all of the United States and most of the international world.
NLCSCIAA is composed of two commissions:

• Commission for Accrediting Christian Colleges and Universities
• Commission for Accrediting Christian Elementary and Secondary Schools

Commission for Accrediting Christian Elementary and Secondary Schools extends its services to independent study programs, church-related schools and private Christian schools and academies of the following levels and types: elementary schools, junior high/middle/intermediate schools, comprehensive/college preparatory high schools, continuation high schools, alternative high schools, and occupational/vocational high schools. 

• The Commission for Accrediting Christian Elementary and Secondary Schools is composed of a number of representatives from educational organizations appointed as follows:

• Dr. Leon Goad – Executive Director
• Dr. Sandy Haga  -  Associate Executive Director
• Dr. Marty L Glisson –   Associate Executive Director of operations
• Susanne Huff MA – Chairman of the Board of Examiners

NLCSCIAA Philosophy
 The Commission for Accrediting Christian Elementary and Secondary Schools (NLCSCIAA) believes that the goal of any school should be to provide for a strong and consistent student learning.  Programs should foster human growth and development and enable students to become productive members of the community. Every school should develop an educational purpose to reflect its beliefs. With a program full of improvement, every school should engage evaluations to assess progress in achieving its purpose.
The Commission grants accreditation to a school based upon the following:
The presumption that the primary goals of accreditation are

• certification to the public that the school is a responsible institution of learning
• the improvement of the school’s programs  to support student learning.

The school’s self-study and the visiting committee’s report provides evidence that

• the school is substantially accomplishing its stated purposes and functions identified as appropriate for an institution of its type
• the school is meeting an acceptable level of quality in accordance with the NLCSCIAA criteria adopted by the Commission for Accrediting Christian Elementary and Secondary Schools

The mission of the Commission for Accrediting Christian Elementary and Secondary Schools is to nurture excellence in elementary, secondary, adult, and postsecondary education by supporting and directing school improvements through a process of   evaluation and to recognize, by accreditation, schools that meet an acceptable level of quality.
